Prognose Company operates a service based on dogs that detect cancer in human beings. The dogs are able to detect all types of cancer. We hope to reach the stage in which the dogs will be able to discern specific cancer varieties – breast cancer, colon cancer, prostate and lung cancer. The success rate of detection by dogs is 95%.
We are working on technology that will be able to simulate the dogs’ activities using appropriate instruments. The test is based on breath and samples provided by the tested person. The sample is delivered to our lab where the dogs sniff it and signal in case they detect cancer. These tests are particularly recommended for healthy people.
